This year NAFA is utilizing an outside online voting service for the FY2011 election. We are moving towards an electronic election process, which enables quick, efficient, and easy processing of ballots. This process will also be more green in that voters who opt-in will not receive physical paper copies by snail mail, but will instead receive email notification with the balloting information.
To participate in this election electronically, voters (club owners, RDs, judges, and Board members) are encouraged to visit the link (also available on the NAFA web page) no later than December 14, 2010. The opt-in process will provide you with your vote tabulation for this year's election via email and an activation link that you'll need to click on to complete the process to vote electronically.
To utilize the opt-in, you'll input your first name and last name and your email address. This information must match the information in the NAFA database.
For instance, if your name is listed as Thomas Smith, but you type in Tom Smith, it won't recognize you. If your email address has changed, or you have any other problems,
send an email to NAFA.

Please help us spread the word about this process. Feel free to forward this to local flyball lists or to other NAFA voters (club owners, RDs, judges, and Board members) who may not have seen it. For voters who do not participate in the opt-in process, written balloting information will be mailed out by the election service to the last known address on record with NAFA for the voter.
